Do you allow walk-in parties?2026-09-14T13:05:41-04:00

No unreserved parties or other celebrations are allowed in our facility including cake, candles, cupcakes, gifts, balloons, or goody bags. All parties must be celebrated in a reserved party room.

How many children are included in the party packages?2026-09-18T20:08:47-04:00

One party includes 10 children and the other includes 20 children. Each additional child (4 months – 10 years) is $15.

How early can I get there to set up for my party?2026-09-14T13:04:56-04:00

You can arrive 30 minutes prior to set up the party room. The rest of the space, including the village, will not be available until your booked time slot.

How long is a party?2026-09-14T13:04:33-04:00

All parties are two hours long. To begin your party you will have access to the play area and you will end in the party room. There will be no re-entry to the play area after your visit to the party room.  You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to set up and you may break down for 30 minutes after your party.

Can I tape things to the walls?2026-09-14T13:04:19-04:00

No, we don’t allow decorations to be taped to the walls. You may decorate the tables and arches or choose to add on a theme we offer.

Can I cancel my party?2026-09-14T13:03:58-04:00

Because booking online reserves your party and keeps others from booking that time slot, we do not allow cancellations.

Can I bring a piñata?2026-09-14T13:03:39-04:00

No, as we do not have a space for pinatas to be hit.

Can I host a party during open play session hours?2026-09-14T13:03:07-04:00

Yes. This is our “Imagine That Bash” package. The public will be allowed to book the same play session as your party if we are within our holding capacity. You will however have a private party room.

Fri: 10am – 5pm

Sat: 10am – 12pm | 12:30 – 2:30pm | 3 – 5pm
